This Privacy Policy explains how Hộ Kinh Doanh Legacy GTM, a household business registered in Vietnam ("Legacy GTM", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects personal information. It covers visitors to legacygtm.com, our clients, and the business contacts we reach on our clients' behalf.
Information We Collect
From website visitors. When you book a call or contact us, we collect your name, business email, company name, phone number and anything you choose to tell us. Our site and booking tools may also collect basic usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies.
From clients. We collect business contact details, billing information and the information you share about your company, offer and customers so we can deliver our services. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
About business prospects. To run outbound campaigns, we collect professional information about people at businesses that may be a fit for our clients. This includes name, job title, company, business email address, business phone number and public LinkedIn profile. We get this from public sources, licensed business data providers and company websites.
How We Use Information

- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
Legal Basis
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests to contact business professionals about offers relevant to their role, on contract to serve our clients, and on legal obligation for tax and accounting records. Where consent is required, we ask for it.
Opting Out
Every outreach message we send includes a simple way to opt out. If you reply asking not to be contacted, or email harvey@legacygtm.com, we add you to our suppression list and stop contacting you on behalf of any client.
Sharing Information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- The client a campaign is run for, when a prospect replies or books a call
- Service providers who help us operate, such as email sending platforms, CRM tools, data providers, scheduling tools and our payment processor, under contracts that require them to protect it
- Authorities, when required by law
Data Retention
We keep client records for as long as the engagement lasts and for up to 7 years after for tax and legal purposes. We keep prospect data only as long as it is useful for active campaigns, and we keep suppression records indefinitely so we never contact people who have opted out.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and reputable, secure software providers. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep risk low.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, or to object to its use. To make a request, email harvey@legacygtm.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
Our website may use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date.
